Welcome Center Associate

Job Summary

NorthStar is seeking an engaging individual to serve as a Welcome Center Associate, positioned to greet students, parents, and community members. This includes answering, transferring calls and taking messages. This role is focused on building relationships with students, their families, and the community to ensure safe and efficient operation of the facility.

Essential Job Requirements include the following:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Ability to effectively interact with families and children from different backgrounds with empathy and cultural awareness
  • Ability to multi-task
  • General computer skills including Microsoft Office and experience with mobile technology (iPads, etc) is required
  • Must be reliable with regular attendance
  • The work hours for this position are 2 - 7pm, Monday through Friday. No weekends required.
